Kobayashi Eats 58.5 Hot Dogs At Crif Dog Classic Eating Contest (Video)

The king of competitive eating continued to reign supreme at the recently and first ever Crif Dog Classic hot dog eating contest on the 4^th of July. The event which took place at Roberta’s Pizza in Brooklyn, New York and was officiated by RecordSetter showed champion eater Takeru Kobayashi winning the contest with a count of 58.5 hot dogs and 10 buns in a span of ten minutes.

The champion Kobayashi is widely credited with popularizing the ‘sport’ turning the contest into an annual must-watch July 4^th event.
