There was a time when the term ‘LeBroning’ meant to choke when it matters the most. It came into existence after LeBron James repeatedly failed to show up in clutch situations; first for the Cleveland Cavaliers and then for the Miami Heat.
But then King James overcame that deficiency and won back-to-back championships with the Heat, and the whole LeBroning concept died, or faded. But it has come alive again, thanks to some creative heads on social media.
James has a penchant for falling over theatrically everytime someone touches him, and so the new meaning assigned to the word ‘LeBroning’ is exactly that. The term is even trending on Twitter and Vine, where users are submitting their own LeBroning moments.
First, check out a few of LeBron’s original leBronings:
Now check out how people have been leBroning:
Even the Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton joined in on the fun:
LeBroning can apparently be done in soccer too.
And now comes the video of Vine user Ronnie who masterminded the idea several months ago.
