YouTuber Matt Bray aka ProjectOneLife won the internet this weekend after he filmed himself dancing to "Canned Heat" by Jamiroquai for 100 days.

Bray describes himself as someone who wants to “live life to the fullest” and that the unusual dance routine was item #117 on his bucket list.

He explains, in his YouTube description, that he initially wanted to take a picture of himself everyday for a year with the help of a GoPro camera. However, he eventually ended up filming the dance routine from the movie “Napoleon Dynamite” (2004) over a period of 120 days.

“I eventually came up with the idea of 100 days of dance, I really didn’t want to do this for a year so I thought 100 days seemed pretty good,” Bray states.

“The reason this was on the bucket list was because I thought it was a really cool, unique idea that I came up with and I wanted to make sure I saw it through, so I popped it on the bucket list to guarantee that I would complete it. Overall it was pretty fun dancing everyday and this was one of my more unique ideas and I'm pretty glad how it turned out.”
