Watch New Zealand Police Bust A Move In The 'Running Man Challenge'

The country’s Police Recruitment Organization shares a hilarious video of its officers performing an '80s dance routine created by Janet Jackson.

It's not all chasing down criminals and ruining someone's day with a speeding ticket for police. Sometimes, you just have to let your inner running man out on the beat.

Police officers in New Zealand show that cops can indeed be fun by releasing an epic dance video on their Facebook page. The Police Recruitment Organization joined in on the latest internet craze called “The Running Man” challenge, showing off some fancy footwork as they dance to the 1995 R&B hit “My Boo” by Ghost Town DJs.

To give a complete effect, they actually filmed the video in an underground car park, surrounded wit flashing headlights.

“We catch people on the run every day, this was a new #runningmanchallenge for our team,” the description for the video reads.

For those unaware, Janet Jackson introduced the “Running Man” dance routine in the '80s.

The New Zealand police department challenged Australian Police from each state, the Los Angeles PD, the New York PD and the Isle of Scilly Police, to create a similar video.
