In 2012, a couple of months before the Summer Olympics in London, the consumer goods giant praised moms in a commercial titled “The Best Job.”
The spot featured mothers from four continents in the cities of London, Rio de Janeiro, Los Angeles and Beijing and how these women were the true Olympic champions.
The ad garnered more than 700, 000 views on YouTube in just three days and was frequently listed as one of the most viral commercials of that year on different forums.
This year, P&G, one of the leading sponsors of the winter games, offers its gratitude to mothers again, focusing on the part where these wonderful women are always there to support their kids when they fall.
Starting from the moment when a one-year-old learns to walk to a teenager participating in games like snowboarding, ice skating and hockey, a mother is always there to support her child.
“For teaching us that falling only makes us stronger. For giving us the encouragement to try again. Thank you, Mom,” reads the tagline of the P&G commercial.
