The tradition of singing the national anthem at NFL games has been carried out by some of the best voices in pop music history – but it wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that this kid is as good as the greats.
Though not many people knew of him until this week, America’s Got Talent fans may recognize Quintavious Johnson as a finalist on the show’s ninth season.
The 12-year-old gifted performer flawlessly belted out one of the most beautiful renditions of the “Star-Spangled Banner” before the Chicago Bears-Detroit Lions game and left the crowd.
Just keep tissues handy before you hit the play button because you will surely be driven to tears by his passionate singing.
