Nestor Dib was reporting for Canal 5 Noticias on the anti-government protests in Buenos Aires, Argentina, when he was suddenly hit by a protestor who was later identified as Nicolas Ayuso.
The camera captured the scene when Ayuso came from behind and punched Dib in the side of the head while he was reporting.
Check out the video:
Dib somehow was able to loosen Ayuso's grip, allowing the police to move in and arrest him and then continued reporting from the scene.
Later Ayuso took to Twitterto defend his actions, claiming Dib and other C5N employees had harassed him.

Ayuso also linked a YouTube video in his tweet in an effort to show that the quarrel was not only one-sided.
But most of the comments show that viewers believe Ayuso to be clearly the aggressor in the scene and eventually he had to ask them not to be so violent.
