Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry recently made history after he took home the NBA's first-ever unanimous Most Valuable Player award, winning the title for a second straight season.
The 28-year-old player gave a speech to mark the special moment, as he accepted the award during a press conference in Oakland, California.
However, Curry wasn’t the star of the show.
As always, all eyes remained fixed on his 3-year-old daughter, Riley, who gestured at the reporters to let them know that she was watching them as her dad spoke.
This isn’t the first time Riley stole the spotlight from her MVP dad though. Last year, the adorable child won hearts everywhere when she burst into her father’s championship post-game press conferences, playing peek-a-boo with the curtains, as Curry tried to answer tough questions from the media.
She is also a great dancer and especially loves to show off her “Whip/Nae Nae” dance moves.
In April, Curry admitted Riley has become the real star of the family.
“If we go somewhere without her, the first question people ask us is, ‘Where’s Riley?’” he stated in an interview.
Stephen Curry might be the first-ever unanimous MVP in NBA’s history, but Riley has sure proven that she’s the real MVP of the Curry family.
