If anyone was trying to attempt an idiotic publicity stunt during Hurricane Sandy, don’t bother. This guy has already won hands down – you all have been beaten before you started! An NBC4 camera covering the flood-prone Bloomingdale spotted the horsey jogger who has gone viral on the internet.

The Hurricane Horseman is a DC resident named Jimmy Kruyne who noticed the presence of news crew down the street. He threw on his horse mark and swim shorts and went on for a jog to cheer people on a dark and doom-filled day.

His technique has worked since the video clip has already amassed over 200,000 views on YouTube.
