Siku Polar Bear

Thousands, probably millions, of parents gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby in 2011. News flash to all those babies: You might be playing second fiddle to the cutest of them all, Siku the polar bear.

That’s right, a cub in Denmark has gotten a wealth of attention this week for being just so darn cute. Unfortunately for Siku, he wasn’t born healthy.

His mother didn’t produce enough milk, so after being born at the Scandinavian Wildlife Park in Denmark, caregivers have begun providing 24-hour attention to the Danish baby polar bear.

Three different people share the task of bringing Siku back to health, a group who will look after him for the first year of his life until he’s ready to go at it on his own.

Regardless of how long it takes him to get healthy, he sure is one cute polar bear! Check out the cuddly guy in the video below...
