The internet has found its latest victim: Australia. The country has succeeded in giving netizens a freehand to finally indulge in some MH370 memes.
Twelve days after the mysterious disappearance of the Malaysian Airline Flight MH370, an announcement by the general manager of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, John Young, revealed that potential debris of the jet may have been spotted.
It may be the closest anyone has come during the entire investigation. However, since many are eagerly awaiting any announcement on the whereabouts of the plane, the official tried not to raise false hopes.
Very responsible of him indeed, but the internet has a mind (read warped up sense of humor) of its own:
And why should the country’s premier be forgiven?
The good news is, Tony Abbott says Australia may have spotted two pieces of the plane. The bad news is, Tony Abbott says a lot of things.— God (@TheTweetOfGod) March 20, 2014
