Cameron Thompson, a seven-year-old second-grader, teased a classmate for bringing a doll to show-and-tell. Officials at his Beaumont, Calif. school turned the incident into a teachable moment for the young Cub Scout, making him write a letter of apology to his classmate.
Cameron learned his lesson -- and then some. Deciding that a letter was not enough, Cameron teamed up with the boy he teased to form an anti-bullying club that now counts more than 70 students as members. His parents also decided to commission the video above to spread this tale of redemption and healing even wider. Hopefully a lot more kids -- as well as adults -- will get the message.
