When you grow up deaf, many regular childhood events present some difficult challenges. When you're meeting your hero for the first time, how do you communicate?

This is a challenge Hunter Samworth knows well. When he and his family went to a baseball game and he spotted the Dayton Dragons' mascot, Heater, Hunter ran up to him to say hello even though he assumed he wouldn't be able to communicate with Heater. He was wrong. As soon as the mascot realized Hunter was deaf, he starting signing at him. Hunter's day was made, and his reaction is priceless.
