A 33-year-old man was arrested by Sarasota County, Florida, deputies Thursday after breaking down the door of a family of five with a baseball bat.

Suspect Noah Dassat, a carpenter from Santa Cruz, California, reportedly beat down the front door of a North Port home on Thursday night.

Upon entering the home, father Jason Petty grabbed the perpetrator in a bear hug and his wife Allison Young grabbed the baseball bat from his hands and began to beat Dassat senseless.

She beat him up pretty badly, as you can see after a close analysis of his mugshot.

He managed to run away from Petty and Young, leaving behind his bat, a hat, and puddles of blood from his head wounds.

But, don’t worry—the burglar isn’t on the loose. He’s now locked up in Charlotte County Jail with no bond for four felonies and one misdemeanor, including armed battery, burglary, and criminal mischief.

His black eye and bandaged head bear witness to the fact that he messed with the wrong family.
