“He would not pay 10 baht to use the toilet and attacked my son. People have to pay to use the toilet because we need to keep it clean and fix it,” said the boy’s father.

A white tourist brutally attacked a 10-year-old boy in Phuket, Thailand, after he was asked to pay a paltry amount to use a toilet.

The incident occurred earlier this month in the red light district of Bangla Road in Phuket at around 3:50 a.m. local time. A Caucasian man, accompanied by two blond women, approached the private restrooms but was stopped by the young boy who worked there. The 10-year-old, who has been identified as Abdull Seesa, worked as an attendant at the facility for some” extra pocket money” by charging customer 10 baht (29 cents).

In the video, the tourist stops in front of the boy and talks to him, presumably asking him to use the toilet, but when the boy refused to do so without payment, he gets angry. As the boy turns back to his phone, the man grabs his phone and with the same hand, thwacks the boy hard on the head. As Seesa puts up his arms to defend himself, the man brutally pushes him causing him to fall over a chair on to the floor. But apparently, the assailant isn’t finished with him.

After shouting at him a couple more times, the man comes up behind the desk where the little boy is cowering and delivers another blow. Seesa runs to the back of the room as a woman comes running to stop the man. She receives a similar treatment as the man pushes her and sends her toppling down.

The boy’s father, Tohee Seesa, is now offering a $5,000 baht ($145) reward to anyone who comes forward with the identity of the attacker.

The man said the tourist was in his 30s or 40s and spoke English but his son did not know his nationality.

"What kind of man does this to a 10-year-old boy?” said the frustrated father. “We want to catch him. He would not pay 10 baht to use the toilet and attacked my son. People have to pay to use the toilet because we need to keep it clean and fix it.”

"We will reward anybody who can catch the man so police can punish him,” he added.

As of yet, the Thai police has been unable to catch the attacker. However, the little boy has got support from people on social media.

“Horrible, what an a******, I doubt he has respect for anyone even in his home country though. Ew,” said one user.
