Here's a sobering statistic: by 2050, one in three Americans is expected to contract diabetes, largely due to obesity. While sedentary lifestyles and poor diet choices are the obvious culprits, the makers of "Fed Up" -- a documentary released in theaters this month that won rave reviews at the Sundance Film Festival -- argue that the food industry itself is due a hefty helping of blame.
