The lawsuit accuses Trump’s failed education venture of misleading thousands of people who wanted to learn about his real estate investment strategies.

A federal judge has given Donald Trump good reason to worry after ordering the release of internal documents related to a class-action lawsuit against Trump University.

The decision is being called a “setback” for the presumptive GOP nominee as the unsealed information contains trade secrets.

Judge Gonzalo Curiel’s ruling comes in response to a request by The Washington Post.

Trump is fighting a lawsuit accusing his failed school venture of misleading and defrauding thousands of people, who paid up to $35,000 to learn about the mogul’s successful real estate ways.

Since the beginning of court proceedings, Trump "became the front-runner in the Republican nomination in the 2016 presidential race, and has placed the integrity of these court proceedings at issue," Curiel noted.

The same day Trump went on a 12-minute rant against Judge Curiel during a rally in San Diego, calling him a “hater” and “Mexican.”

“I think Judge Curiel should be ashamed of himself," Trump said. "I think it’s a disgrace that he’s doing this. What happens is the judge, who happens to be — we believe — Mexican. Which is great. I think that's fine.”

Of course, Trump made sure to reiterate his offensive gibe at undocumented immigrants.

“You know what?” he said. “I think the Mexicans are going to end up loving Donald Trump when I give all these jobs, OK?"

The trial is set for November.
