Stephen Colbert Sends Obama A Heartfelt Message Through His Microwave

"Actually, can I come in there with you?" comedian and "Late Show" host Stephen Colbert jokingly asks President Barack Obama through the microwave.

Kellyanne Conway has made some egregiously ignorant statements in times past, but perhaps nothing tops her recent comment on microwaves as spy cameras

Of course, it all started with President Donald Trump, who's making headlines for accusing former President Barack Obama of wiretapping him during the 2016 campaign..

Conway later spoke with Bergan County Record columnist Mike Kelly, citing information from Wikileaks about CIA surveillance:

"There was an article this week that talked about how you can surveil someone through their phones, certainly through their television sets — any number of different ways," she said. "And microwaves that turn into cameras."

Needless to say, the internet came for Conway. However, "The Late Show" host, Stephen Colbert, is topping all the trolls with his brilliant sketch.

"It's true, it's true," Colbert begins. "Microwaves that turn into cameras. How do you think we film this show? Jim, show 'em camera three over here."

The camera pans to, well, a microwave. The audience cheers and claps.

After dragging Conway for her ridiculous attempt to downplay her own comment by referencing Inspector Gadget (yes, that ACTUALLY happened), Colbert took the microwave skit to the next level

"Excuse me, my hot pocket's done," Colbert says as the microwave dings. He walks over, reaches in and takes a bite.

"By the way, President Obama," he says before lowering his voice to a whisper, "I miss you."

Same, Colbert. Same.
