8 Couples That Are (Amazingly) Still Together From 'The Bachelor'

After more than 30 seasons combined of ABC's hit shows "The Bachelor," and "The Bachelorette," only eight couples have managed to stay together.

"The Bachelor" continues to be not only the most popular, but also the most successful, reality franchise on television to date.

Together with its spin-off, "The Bachelorette," there have been 34 seasons of ridiculously gorgeous singles trying to find love on ABC. Unfortunately, many of the couples just don't last.

We've become accustomed to lavish dates and even more over-the-top proposals — only to learn that the couple breaks up months later. There are, however, a few that have made their relationships work and are still together.

Definitely the exception to the rule of the reality show, many of the couples have taken their relationships out of the public eye. And maybe that's what's helped them stay strong. They stuck to just being themselves, taking the time to enjoy one another away from the paparazzi and tabloid covers. After all, relationships aren't all glitter, gold, and perfect lighting.

Check out the eight couples that have beat the odds and stayed together after the cameras stopped rolling.

1. Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter

The star of the very first season of "The Bachelorette" has the longest relationship in the franchise’s history. These two have been married for almost 14 years, and they are the proud parents of two kids, Blakesley and Maxwell.

2. Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney

Mesnick didn't give his final rose to Malaney, but instead to Melissa Rycroft. However, during the "After the Final Rose" special, Mesnick broke it off and told Malaney he wanted a second chance. The two have been married for almost eight years now and have a 4-year-old daughter named Riley.

3. Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum

These two found lasting love when they meet on the seventh season of "The Bachelorette." They've been married since 2014, have a son named Fordham, and welcomed baby girl Essex last year.

4. Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici

These two found love on season 17 of "The Bachelor," got married on live TV, and just last summer, they had a baby boy named Samuel.

5. Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried

After Siegfried won the final rose on season 9 of "The Bachelorette," the couple married Jan. 18, 2015. They're now the proud parents of a 1-year-old boy, Asher.

6. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth

They met on the 11th season of "The Bachelorette," and even though Booth got down on one knee back in 2015, the two are in no rush to get married.

7. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers

Fletcher chose Rodgers on the 12th season of "The Bachelorette," and the couple is still engaged.

8. Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi

Despite rumors, these two love bugs from season 21 of "The Bachelor" are still engaged.

Hopefully, the newest Bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay, and her beau are in it for the long haul and have what it takes to last after the cameras turn off. I'm rooting for you.
