Man Who Shot Friend For Being ‘Too Loud’ Faces Attempted Murder Charge

A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder after he shot his friend during an argument and fled the scene.

An argument between friends ended in a trip to the hospital after 37-year old Terrell Washington shot his 30-year-old female friend because she was being too loud.

Washington is now being charged with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery after the incident that sent the woman to the hospital with gunshot wounds.

Washington was invited to the victim's house where they talked and hung out. He became increasingly frustrated, repeatedly telling the victim to lower her voice.

The victim eventually told Washington to leave her house, which was when Washington removed a handgun from his waistband and shot her once in the arm and once in the leg.

He then fled from the apartment complex, leaving the front door open.

After hearing the gunshots, a witness called 911, and the victim was taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries.

Washington is currently being held without bail and is awaiting a court hearing this Sunday.

Whether or not Washington is convicted, it's probably safe to assume that he won't be invited back to the victim's house again any time soon.
