Kellyanne Conway Preaches About Humanity After Forcing Families Apart

“Prayers for healing and full recovery for all affected, especially those 12 boys. We’re better when we come together.”

Counselor to President Donald Trump Kellyanne Conway followed in the footsteps of her boss and attempted to praise the Thai cave rescue that had the whole world come together to pray for the safe return of the young soccer team and their coach.

However, Twitter users did not take kindly to Conway’s tweet, which said “we are better when we come together” as it stands to contradict everything the Trump administration has been doing to keep undocumented immigrants out of the United States.

The replies to Conway’s tweet, rooting for “humanity,” were rather brutal but not unexpected.

The Trump administration has recently faced sever bipartisan rebuke over the inhumane separation of migrant children, as young as 1-year-old, from their parents at the U.S. border.

The separations have prompted nation-wide protests in order to pressure the government to reunite separated families — a task that seems rather daunting now.

While Conway praised humanity in her tweet, the action of the very administration she works for have been anything but humane.

Twitter user eviscerated the White House adviser for the blatant lack of self-awareness.

Conway wasn’t the only Trump administration employee facing the wrath of the American citizen over child separations.

Recently, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was chased out of a restaurant by protestors chanting, “Where are the children?”
