Accidents happen suddenly, and you usually have no control over what happens after it. Take this for example: A car was hanging from wires after going over the ninth story of a downtown parking garage in Austin, Texas.
The 24-year-old driver told the sources that he was parking on the ninth floor of the garage and was unable to stop the vehicle. The car broke through some protective wires and fell down the side of the building. The 2004 Toyota 4Runner then somehow got caught on one of the high tension wires that had wrapped around one of the vehicle's wheels and stopped it from falling.
With the help of a bystander, the driver was able to climb out of the vehicle through an open window without getting hurt. Police and firefighters worked together to lower the car to the ground safely.
