You Might Be Paying For The Trump Kids’ Vacation In Aspen

While millions of Americans continue fighting for their rights and protest against budget cuts and Trumpcare, the POTUS continues living a lavish lifestyle.

Three of President Donald Trump’s children, Ivanka, Donald Jr. and Eric, headed to Aspen, Colorado along with their significant others and children for spring break.

According to reports, around 100 Secret Service agents were also present for the protection of the first family. Apparently, the agency spent more than $12,000 on ski equipment and clothing rentals.

The news comes at a time when U.S. citizens are concerned about Trump’s healthcare plan, budget cuts and withdrawal of funds from Planned Parenthood. The implementation of Trumpcare would result in around 24 million Americans losing their health insurance by 2024. It would also give huge tax breaks to big companies earning more than $500,000 per year, therefore enriching the rich.

Under the new plan, healthcare would be even more expensive for the elderly and Planned Parenthood would be defunded.

While the lives of millions of Americans are therefore at risk, their standard of living being jeopardized, Trump and his family continue enjoying luxurious trips to Mar-a-Lago, each of which costs around $3 million.

The news of the Aspen vacation therefore sparked outrage among social media users.

Internet users aren’t the only ones complaining about the first family’s Aspen vacation. Many New York families also vacationing there are extremely troubled by the Trump kids’ presence.

“They’re everywhere. There are so many of them. Everyone is complaining. Everyone is annoyed,” one woman said.

Another woman on vacation with her kids in Aspen complained that, due to high security and a big group accompanying Trump’s family, tourists were experiencing difficulty scoring tables at restaurants and making their way around the mountains.

It is important to note that within two months of his presidency, Trump has visited golf courses more than five times, even though he had previously poked fun at former president Barack Obama for the same.

He had even accused Obama of spending taxpayers' money for personal vacations.
