This Spoof Video Proves Anthony Scaramucci Copies Trump's Gestures

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and Scaramucci is determined to flatter.

Newly appointed White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci left a Sean Spicer-sized hole in our hearts now that Spicer's hilarious viral moments are no more. But fear not — it turns out Scaramucci is no less entertaining.

A cleverly edited video tweeted by “The Daily Show” shows us how.

Scaramucci can be seen using the same hand gestures as President Donald Trump’s while addressing the crowd in the now viral video. It shows Trump’s footage on one side and his communications director on the other.

The communication director, in his first press briefing, blew a kiss at the reporters, just like his boss did once.“The Mooch did his homework,” the show tweeted.

Some believe Scaramucci might have learned to mimic Trump’s hand gestures to gain Trump’s early approval, landing him the new job.

Scaramucci recently admitted he was deleting old tweets where he disagreed with the commander-in-chief, because naturally he now supports the policies he once opposed.

“Full transparency: I'm deleting old tweets. Past views evolved & shouldn't be a distraction. I serve @POTUS agenda & that's all that matters," he wrote on Twitter.

He also retweeted the show’s video.

People on Twitter had many things to say.
